Founded in 1952, the ELKOUR factory originated in Amman, Jordan, as a specialized facility for leatherwork, professional uniforms, workwear, bags, promotional items, and more. Over time, the company has evolved into a large-scale production entity, operating both locally and internationally, and fostering collaborations with over 20 countries worldwide, including prominent locations such as Dubai, Hong Kong, Yiwu, and Guangzhou.

In 2003, recognizing the growing global market, the company strategically established a new trademark in China known as China Power International Group Limited. This pivotal move led to the initiation of a dedicated production line focused on military uniforms, and an expansion of services to encompass mass customization, design, trade, production management, and various other business services.
